Refunds & Returns Policy

At Glowé (xn--glow-epa.es), your satisfaction is our top priority. We operate a dropshipping model with trusted international suppliers, which means delivery can sometimes take longer than domestic shipping. This policy explains your rights in clear terms and protects both you and us.

1) Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it is processed or shipped at no charge.
  • If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order has entered processing and/or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

2) Delivery Guarantee

When you shop with Glowé, you are covered by the following delivery guarantees:

  • Full refund if you do not receive your order.
  • Full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed period of 45 business days (excluding the 5–7 business day processing period).
  • Full or partial refund if the item you receive is not as described.

*Refund requests for late delivery can be submitted within 15 business days after the guaranteed delivery period has expired.

3) When Refunds Are Not Granted

  • Delays or non-delivery caused by factors within your control (e.g., incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery).
  • Exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, carrier disruptions).

4) Easy Returns

  • All products include a 60-day money-back guarantee.
  • If you are not satisfied, you may return the product for a replacement or refund.
  • Approved refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

5) Return Procedure

  1. Contact us via our Contact Us page or email info@glowé.es to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA).
  2. We will provide the correct return address and instructions. Please do not ship any item back without authorization, as we work with international suppliers and returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
  3. Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within up to 14 days.

6) EU Right of Withdrawal

EU customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving any reason.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, intimate or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., underwear) once opened, or items that cannot be returned for health/hygiene reasons.

7) Item-Specific Restrictions

Final Sale: Some product pages may state “This item is not eligible for returns or exchanges.” In those cases, if there is a problem with the product you received, we will either refund your payment or send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Branded invoices: Manufacturer-branded invoices are not available for certain products. Retail invoices are issued by Glowé.
