Welcome to Glowé (xn--glow-epa.es). By accessing, browsing, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

  • You certify that you are at least 18 years old, or using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • We grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purchases unless expressly authorized by Glowé.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload or transmit harmful code (viruses, worms, trojans) or otherwise disrupt the website.
  • Do not post content that is defamatory, threatening, obscene, discriminatory, or unlawful under applicable US, EU, or international laws.
  • Do not infringe intellectual property rights, privacy, or other legal rights of any person or entity.

3. Pricing, Orders & Payments

  • Prices are shown in USD/EUR and may change without prior notice.
  • Payment is required in full before shipment. We process payments via trusted third parties such as Stripe and PayPal (credit/debit cards supported).
  • By submitting payment details, you authorize us to charge your order total (including taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees).
  • We may cancel or refuse an order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing/availability errors). If payment was captured, we will issue a prompt refund.
  • Taxes and currency conversion or foreign transaction fees (if any) are determined by your bank/issuer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Current estimates (exclude processing time):

  • Order processing: 5–7 business days (quality check & packaging).
  • United States: 1–3 business days — Free.
  • Worldwide: 8–14 business days — $6.50 USD / $3.50 USD depending on service/item.

Tracking details are emailed after dispatch; some carriers may take 2–5 business days to show updates. For logistical reasons, items in the same order may ship separately.

Customs & Duties: Import duties, taxes, or fees assessed by your local authority are the customer’s responsibility where applicable.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Order changes/cancellations: within 12 hours of purchase and before processing/shipping begins.
  • Money-back guarantee: 60 days from delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
  • Restocking fee: approved refunds may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping is non-refundable. Customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived defective/incorrect.
  • Late delivery guarantee: if an order does not arrive within 45 business days (excluding processing), you may request a full refund or reshipment. Refund requests for late delivery can be submitted within 15 business days after the guaranteed period ends.
  • Final sale items: Some product pages may state “This item is not eligible for returns or exchanges.” If there is an issue with such an item on arrival, we will refund or replace at no cost.
  • EU Right of Withdrawal: EU customers may withdraw within 14 calendar days of delivery (exceptions apply to custom-made or hygiene-sensitive goods once opened).

6. Product Information

  • We strive for accuracy, but product images, colors, measurements, and descriptions may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances or display settings.
  • Manufacturer-branded invoices are not available for certain items; retail invoices are issued by Glowé.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content (text, images, graphics, logos, icons, videos, software, designs) is owned by Glowé or its licensors and protected by international IP laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of the site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal data in accordance with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, and other applicable laws.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Glowé is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, revenue, or data). Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Glowé, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA (where our LLC is registered), together with applicable EU and international consumer protections. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts in Miami, Florida, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence (e.g., the EU).

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision.
