How much do you charge for shipping?
We keep it simple:
- United States: Free shipping.
- Worldwide: $6.50 USD / $3.50 USD (depending on item and service).
Some remote locations may not be eligible. If your address is affected, we’ll contact you right away.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
In many cases, the price you see is the final price. However, for some countries, local customs, VAT, or import duties may apply. These costs—if charged—are the customer’s responsibility and are collected by your local carrier.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed in 5–7 business days (quality check & packaging). Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Tracking updates can take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch.
How long will delivery take?
- United States: 1–3 business days after processing.
- Worldwide: 8–14 business days after processing.
Estimates exclude the 5–7 business day processing period. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, strikes, or holidays.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. We email tracking details once your order ships. For some economy/free services, tracking may be limited. If you need help, contact info@glowé.es.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes—within the first 12 hours after placing the order. After that, it’s already in processing and can’t be canceled.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order doesn’t arrive within our guarantee of 45 business days, you’re eligible for a full refund or reshipment.
Refund requests for late delivery can be submitted within 15 business days after the guaranteed period has expired.
What if the item is defective or not as described?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us with details and photos. We’ll offer a replacement or a full/partial refund depending on the issue.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. Approved refunds may carry a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping is non-refundable and the customer covers return shipping, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Final Sale: Some product pages may state “This item is not eligible for returns or exchanges.” In those cases, if there’s a problem with the product received, we’ll refund you or send a replacement at no cost.
